Course menu
1. Appetizer
3 types of appetizers (soaked, jelly, fried young sweetfish)
2. Seasonal Chawanmushi
Sea urchin and salmon roe chawanmushi (sea urchin, salmon roe, broad beans, silver bean paste, maitake mushrooms, green onions)
3. Sashimi
Treasure ship platter and seasonal sashimi platter (shell oysters, raw shrimp, salmon roe, seasonal fish)
4. Robatayaki
Robatayaki (Abalone, Liver Soy Sauce, Bamboo shoots)
5. Seasonal delicacies
Grilled and marinated eel (eel, white leeks, round eggplant, green onions, Manganji peppers)
6. Meat dishes
Beef tongue Chateaubriand (beef tongue, citrus fruit, fruit tomato, bamboo shoot)
7. Meals
Firefly squid tempura with thickened sauce (firefly squid, tortoiseshell paste, onion, leeks, burdock)
